AEROLYCE : Our business
Located near Limoges in France, AEROLYCE is a green-field project initiated in 2013.
AEROLYCE specializes in surface treatment (ST) and painting for the aerospace industry.
AEROLYCE is an environmentally friendly facility with an integrated water treatment plant resulting in a zero-discharge process. Paints used are water-soluble and REACH compliant.
Process qualification is completed with Airbus, Airbus Helicopters and Dassault Aviation and production has started in mid-2015.
AEROLYCE will be Nadcap certified.
The AEROLYCE factory uses cutting-edge technology and full automation of the entire ST process from (1) the auto-gantry positioning of the loaded suspension fixtures into the buffer area, (2) the automated transfer from the buffer area to the start of the ST line and process completion using, (3) the auto-gantry ST line.
Such a high level of automation provides for a high degree of dependability and repeatability of the qualified processes resulting in unmatched cost competitiveness.
Among the different types of ST offered at the start of its operations, AEROLYCE will perform TSA and Fine Coating Sulfuric Anodizing, complying from inception with the upcoming REACH requirements.
